4th Grade

Our Fourth Grade class operates in a very democratic environment where students are very involved in the decision making process within the classroom. Through this process along with our character education, students take ownership in all aspects of their education and feel empowered and responsible individuals.

The curriculum is standards based with students having choices in assessment topics and/or options. One of the large projects that we work on throughout the majority of the year is our state project. This project is presented to parents and the student body at large and is followed by and end-of-the-year trip to Madison to tour the Wisconsin Historical Museum and our State Capitol Building.
