Registration for Religious Formation Classes

Registration Weekend is August 21/22, 2010.  Registration forms can be turned in after all Masses in the Gathering Space.  Registration forms will be available by August 1st, online, on the brown desk in the Gathering Space or in the Religious Formation office.  You may also mail the forms to St. Matthew Religious Formation Office, 9329 S. Chicago Road, Oak Creek, WI 53154.  Registration forms are due by August 30th.
